Hi,

To construct a kegg database for a species that is not available in Kegg you wrote in your paper that makeDB.kegg.v1.0.sh can be used but this script is not available in AllEnricher. Would it be possible to explain how one can make Kegg database when the species is not listed in kegg so that it can be used with AllEnricher?

Sorry, the species not listed in kegg are not supported by the current version.

so, is this not suitable for non-model species?
