Cool too, can you provide a list of the species it supports?

Cool tool! I'm wondering if you have a list of the ~15,000species it supports (or maybe a subset)? The ncbi gene2go file downloaded from the ftp only has about 50 species in it I believe.

Thanks for your advice, I will provide this list in the future version. In fact, the GO annotations of 15,000 species is from
goa_uniprot_all.gaf.gz in the local database.
