Separate out JS / include build tools

• Separate out Delicious API calls and other JS into separate files.
• Include build tools

I'm going to hijack this feature request and elaborate on it to include a new file organization/build workflow. Not only should the JS should be separated into different files but I also want to include build tools so we can develop with Slim and SCSS as well.

I've already started this task on a separate branch using Grunt.js and it works well; just have to do a little more work to make it easier to work with.
