Add registry paths for windows store installations #7

Windows store installs are logged in the registry under some other key (I think, I don't have windows 10 :()
We should add that key to the search path
I don't know what that key is, but will add it if you tell me

If they're stored somewhere else, that probably shouldn't be part of this library, as that won't be PEP-514-compliant.
