Notifications (Firefox) : some notifications don't appear anymore

Hi,
I've installed GoodTwitter for Firefox on my compy and I could compare it with the original Twitter on my laptop.
The issue is GoodTwitter has stopped updating "some of" the Notifications.
The ones not appearing are :

• someone who "...hasn't twitted for while"
• people who "... Retweeted a photo from..."
• people who "... Liked a photo from..."
• and some old liked replied
• bubbles are not refreshed once the notifications have been read (but they are refreshed if I read the notification on my other device without Goodtwitter)
