Improve Target Node listing in New (Group) Association dialog

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was adding an association and in the Target Node listing I was having trouble finding the entry. It turns out the entry is sorted by node number, but the text is only the node names and locations. I knew both a) the node number and b) the name, but had to scroll through the list trying to find it. I didn't realize the sorting until later. Having the list sorted by node number without showing the node number is confusing, as it appears there is no order.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Sort the target list alphabetically by name + location
2. Or include the node number as the first part of the text
