Description
This refactors all the user-facing tooling out of
@0x/contracts-zero-exinto a new package@0x/protocol-utils. It contains tooling for the V4/EP version of:TODO
signTypedDataV4Async()when Add support foreth_signTypedData_v4(meta-mask) tools#13 is merged.@0x/order-utilsto completely remove that dep from@0x/contracts-zero-ex. Can probably punt on this till when we expect to use mtxs again.Testing instructions
