Release of PHYling markers for reconstruction of fungal species trees with PHYling - https://github.com/stajichlab/PHYling_unified

This release includes the most common sets - JGI_1086 which are 434 markers found to be mostly single-copy among Dikarya fungi and are represented across the kingdom.

Roz_200 are genes used in James et al. Curr Biol 2013. doi:10.1016/j.cub.2013.06.057

AFTOL project developed markers for resolving fungal tree of life doi: 10.3852/mycologia.98.6.829
AFTOL1 are for the assembling the fungal tree of life project protein coding genes RPB1 and RPB2 and EF1alpha. https://aftol.umn.edu/ and James et al. Nature 2006. doi: 10.1038/nature05110

AFTOL2 markers are 70 markers used in subsequent papers after mining from genomes. See Floutas et al 2012 DOI: 10.1126/science.1221748
