Warning

If the plugin doesn't load at all, check if your processor supports AVX2. If it doesn't, use the hacktarux-azimer-rsp-hle-avx1 binary instead.

This initial release cleans up the code and fixes compilation errors on Windows.

Additionally, the audio plugin alist processing override has been tweaked to accept plugins based on path, and related loading mechanisms have been rewritten to avoid crashes in the entry point.
