Azure Media Services Explorer is a tool for Windows that does upload, download, encode, package, and stream assets with Azure Media Services. Source code is also provided.

This update brings the following features and bug fixes:
• Bug fixes for Dynamic encryption
• Live Program reset command: recreate the program with the same Locator GUID and Manifest name
• Live program creation: possibility to create a program with the same Locator GUID and manifest name than a program in another datacenter
• Storage account attachment to Media Service account (via REST API, a certificate is needed).
• Ability to select the storage account for some processes (encoding, indexing, thumbnails... For other jobs, the storage account used is the same than the input asset). Storage account can be displayed in the grid.
• Scaling of RU management (via REST API, a certificate is needed)
• Existing locators can be extended
• reduce the files size by referencing the application icon
• it is possible to search in asset/job/program names and ID.
