Fixes the displayed spectrum plot jumping back and forth on frequency drag (retune) due to latency in the hardware retuning. Previously, after plotting the old FFT data with a shifted centre frequency, new PSDs would still come in at the old centre frequency (while the waterfall thinks they're at the new centre frequency) before retuning completes. This caused ugly jumpiness in the plot.
