chore: fix help output for init and version

Description

• remove init taking arguments to populate conifg as its really confusing and some flags are nonsensical
• dont show usage info for version and init
• use default help behaviour for invalid comands otherwise you get an error on typos
• remove hidden 'config' command that was not fully implmented
