There has been the suggestion to provide the listing in anti-
chronological sequence of date of publication.[1] The bash script
provides the reorganization, the .md is an example of application.

Inspired by a post by Ivan Pribec on fortran-lang[1] I noticed it
indeed takes a bit more time than anticipated to understand (again)
the individual steps.  This justifies a brief leading prompt about
each of them.

There is no point to carry over a trailing space after a line, or
after a header of a subsection.  And the years of publication are
better described as one level in hierarchy lower than the title of
the document.
Previously, the field about the year of publication was muted only
- hence, the individual records still started by the default blanc.
By string substitution, the presentation of the records now starts
in the first column.
