The World Cup tournament is missing the fixtures and SEO content.

At this time, and since the WC is over, we still should have all information about the fixtures and the SEO content.

@jonsnowpt fixtures not showing because they only show for the current-season, and it appears something changed on Sportmonk that made this latest world-cup no longer the is_current_season...

@jonsnowpt no data for the seo_content supplied on the world-cup tournament, thus not showing... Need the data for FR there - on scores_tournaments. All other languages showing seo_content for a target language.

It's still the current season (or actually the latest). It has been like this since 6 years. We cannot change that behaviour.
