FIxes a number of critical issues:
-Don't upload if the patterns won't fit into BlinkyTape memory
-Fix alignment of drawing grid

And adds a cool new feature, thanks to @nightflyer88 :
-Allow custom firmware versions to be used with BlinkyTape
