PatternPaint 2.2

New features:
-Flexible zoom: zoom in to edit a part of a pattern, or out to see the whole image
-Show memory usage information for BlinkyTape controllers during upload
-Improved output speed: Fixed bug where the Blinky was being updated multiple times for each output frame. Preview should now work at up to 99fps
