Fixed #1250 and #1260
Fixed the bug by removing line 2881 of src/main/java/gregtech/loaders/postload/GT_MachineRecipeLoader.java
The recipe was redundant, as the recipe using the 1 circuit acheives the same thing.
The recipe is commented out so if anything else has to be done in the future it's still there.
No more free tin for you, @bear989 :P
EDIT: I also fixed #1243 because that was literally 10 lines above the other bug.
