Is it possible to add that creature since BotG is mostly integrated into the main game now?

I saw recently that people added the creature into vanilla BW2 but as far as I know currently it is only possible to add it by replacing another creature.
As much as I like the turtle (my absolute favorite in BW1 and BOTG) I don't want to replace another creature, but maybe after some research people will find a way to add it in without replacing a creature
