This actually trigger re-import when redropping an already migrated image from DC-X in the dropzone.
As a side effect the change date is updated which is a requirement of DRPLDCX-1.
STR:
The MockClient in dcx_integration_debug now adds date and time to the mocked data to confirm that the entity is actually updated on reimport.
