Small maintenance release after a long hiatus:
- Upgrades versions of dependencies
- Marks as compatible with v1/2/3 of Serverless Framework
- Fixes issue with trying to remove empty directories (#25)
- Changes offline initialisation stage for compatibility with serverless-webpack
