Task: Manage LoRa Concentrator on the portal

Add screens to manage LoRa Concentrators on the portal.
Distinguish LoRa Concentrator and other devices, by a specific tag on the concentrator twin.

Manage it manually.

Lora concentrator screen should be present in a separate menu.

Please add a new Menu item on the portal:

• LoRa Device Management
  • Basic Stations (aka: Concentrators)

Fields usefull for concentrators:

• Device Id (deviceId) Required, Readonly
• Device friendly name (tag) Required
• LoRa Region (Select item), Required -> properties.desired.routerConfig (downloaded from https://github.com/Azure/iotedge-lorawan-starterkit/tree/dev/Tools/Cli-LoRa-Device-Provisioning/DefaultRouterConfig
  • EU863,
  • US902,
  • CN470RP1,
  • CN470RP2
• client certificate thumbprint (Added by user, String) -> properties.desired.clientThumbprint

Other fields from device are not used and should be removed.

Concentrator is not based on a model.

Region value might be stored in the device tags.
