v1.4.0
This minor release of the HPT validator CLI removes warnings from the tool. Warnings were applicable prior to the enforcement date of January 1, 2025, for certain requirements in the data dictionary. Now that this date has passed, there are no more future requirements, which means no more warnings.

Latest validator core includes one bugfix:
Small release with one bugfix/performance improvement. Matching metadata paths more strictly reduces memory usage and eliminates some cases of superfluous error messages. Final pass/fail result of validation is not affected.
