Change Mapbox searchbox geocoder URL from ephemeral to permanent

Right now we're using the Mapbox ephemeral geocoder URL instead of the permanent one. Why is this a problem? because only with the permanent one we're allowed to show the data in basemaps other than mapbox.

API URL

/geocoding/v5/{endpoint}/{search_text}.json

endpoint can be mapbox.places or mapbox.places-permanent. We've to use the second one.
