This MR is a draft that may need changes. And it needs to set the correct values for each of the following:

                  apiToken: ${{ secrets.CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN }}
                  accountId: 2238a825c5aca59233eab1f221f7aefb
                  projectName: ENTER_PROJECT_NAME
                  directory: ./circle-demo-webapp/storybook-static # this line just need to review and double-check
                  gitHubToken: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}
