Adds and uses hidden columns from Excel sheet

• Closes Update tables to use actual columns to calculate benefits #28
• Closes Tooltips detail #38

Overview

• Hides useful columns for calculations
• Uses those to calculate benefits for OT and personnel
• Account string tooltip for personnel and non-personnel
• Replaced string with columns for approp and cc for OT
• Moved contract end date and amount remaining to CPA# tooltip
• Added other tooltips:
  • Projected salary/wage
  • total cost for personnel
  • total cost OT including FICA

Comments/Remaining issues

• Found issue in the detail sheet personnel tab; referring to Noah (Questions for Janani/Noah #39 )
• Tooltip/ info button appearance
• Still need to remove fund from account string (Remove fund from all account strings #47 )
• Need to make recurring/one-time drop-downs (Make recurring v. one-time a dropdown menu #41 )
• Handle Edit OT to match detail sheet format #42 or change table format
• Any tooltips for revenue table
