Removes line updating onerror after a failed attempt to generate a bullet shapemodel

Description

Removes a line updating a value obtained from the IsisPreferences file. When this value was updated it would cause programs, like qnet, error on images that were trying to build a bullet shapemodel.

Tested locally with reproduction steps from the above issue
