- Having issues w/ numpy 1.25.1
- pdm fails and asks for `distutils`
- can't install that. so im downgrading to 1.24.5 for
- ideally, installation works from 3.8 to 3.12

After this branch is merged, I'll need to track versions more carefully. Freakin' noob! |
