You are right. A bit deep in... I realized about that now.
Resource lost or deleted in #5402, I don't remember why, maybe due to not authorized distribution ???
At least need pay for it in editorial Lulu, in Amazon too (not available to download now).
Gregory's website is parked at Ionos. Send him an email requesting for distribution rights (see pdf footer)

The email id is no longer valid. Removing that particular link and will look for the procedure and I will push it back. Changed in #8a1fea6. So, Making this PULL REQUEST adding only the MongoDB file
