Compiling help: Could not find haxelib "hxCodec", does it need to be installed?

I haven't seen any similar issue, im getting Error: Could not find haxelib "hxCodec", does it need to be installed? but I installed hmm and install its libraries, but doesn't work.

I just tried to run hmm reinstall -f but I get this

try specifically typing out
haxelib git hxCodec https://github.com/FunkinCrew/hxCodec
and see if that fixes anything.

I encountered a similar issue but I think installing hxCodec globally fixed the issue on my end.

haxelib --global git hxCodec https://github.com/FunkinCrew/hxCodec c0c7f2680cc190c932a549c2e2fdd9b0ba2bd10e
