  2. mouse over an something with a tooltip either on a window or nearby a window
  3. ????
  4. bug reproduced!

It's apparently a bug with HaxeUI-Flixel, I've made an issue upstream: haxeui/haxeui-flixel#61

Most easy way to solve it would be to downgrade to an older commit/version, but that introduces an other bug with the selection box.
