Installation (for dummies like me): Simply download Project.PassGen.exe and run it; no installation required—it's a prebuilt binary.
PS: I somehow forgot to officially release the binary (though it was quietly sitting in the repo). Good luck figuring out what happened with v1.0.0 and the rest of the versions!
