You need UTAU, which you can find on this page: http://utau2008.xrea.jp/
for have the program in english, use this english patch (go to the UTAU directory and replace the res folder with it): https://ux.getuploader.com/utau_a5/download/35/utau_a5_35.zip
For load the voicebanks you need to go to Project Property and select this box, then go to the folder of the voicebank you want to use (for example, BF FNF Power voicebank) and click on any .wav
Then you can do anything with it (crediting, ofc lol)
you can load a midi in File > Import or either create a midi inside UTAU itself
When you're done, go to Project > Render wav
"It doesnt sounds!!"
-The UST/song needs to be on Romaji CV (lyrics like "a" "e" "i" "o" or "u" needs to be on the notes)
-Select all the UST with right click > Select All, then press play
-You maybe didn't select the voicebank and you're using the default UTAU one
-try changing to resampler.dll on the Project Settings
"I get an error when rendering!!"
-try changing to resampler.dll (or disable it if its already enabled) on the Project Settings
-Run UTAU as administrator and try again
"Pico, Whitty and other voicebanks sounds terrible!!"
-Either an UTAU problem or your UST doesnt fits for them
-Here's a list for the range of notes each voicebank need (Check piano roll and just go to Edit > Move Region by Number, then put 24, 12, -12 or -24 depending on the voicebank and UST):
