Use the Pen tool to draw a new layer with a single point, but don't draw any segments before finishing. With that new point layer selected, in the Select tool, use G, R, or S which crashes the editor (however, no crash dialog appears for some reason, which should also be investigated as to why not). But the editor stops working and the panic is shown in the browser console. This happens only in debug mode when running from localhost.
