Certain CEF sources left-pad the first 9 days of a month with a whitespace. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
The plugin version is provided by graylog-plugin-parent.
Additionally create proper testing infrastructure with test fixtures and merge Raw and Syslog CEF inputs.
OSSEC is using a "degraded" syslog format without hostname field. Fixes #23
added note about the include as default plugin
