1st release - DONE

• add nostr login - done
• add nostr avatar picture, name - done
• enable front page - show active public rooms - done
  • ( use built-in API to pull data to front page, see samples in codebase) - done
• add link to nostr profile in the chat avatar. Make this more visible on the dropdown (v2) - done

2nd release - DONE

• Fix Login bugs - done
• Fix lobby bug - done
• Login has 5 options - nostr, random name, lightning address, your personalized name, gravatar email - done
• Add Zap functionality to video on and off - done
• add lightning address icon for lightning logins, use gravatar for gravatar, default for anon or other - done
• push changes after everyone gets off server later today or tomorrow (7/1/2024) - Done

3rd release - DONE

• Merge fixes from upstream. (nothing major since may, will delay until aug)
• Clean up messy components in code base. - mostly done

Open Source Release - DONE

• Release Open Source to Public on Stable. 7/7/2024 - DONE

Other Open issues/Tasks after Open source Release: -

• fix chatroom avatars so that nostr avatars are shown in chat.see Good First Issues

• chatroom string length trunction issue, npub pasted freeze chat see good first issues

• integrate unleashed.chat? or chatbtc to replace chatgpt (karrot)

• rework REST API for token generation (karrot)

• add Websockets API (karrot)
