The easiest way of thinking about this is: small f for the adjective, capital F for the noun. (In the case of the French language, the word French, even used on its own, is considered as an adjective, so small f).

The same for español and ‎português do Brasil. These are interface automatically generated words by the translate extension and the ULS (universal language selector).

I know that, I'm french ;) but having some capitalized and some not doesn't look consistent.
If it was in a sentence, I'm french, then I agree, but here it's just a list of words so I would capitalize them all, like on Wikipedia (or like on any of our multilingual site)
