For issue #78 The config for setting the default lakehouse has now been moved to the metadata of the notebook. It works for normal sessions and high concurrency sessions.
For issue #28 I have added in code that will check if the package is installed or not. If it is not installed it will install, else it will indicate the package is installed and continue.
