dpnp.arange implementation, for now we are doing the same way that we have done for other overloads.

A better approach would be to expose different API from dpctl, because the code is getting bloated and unmaintainable.

Have you added a test, reproducer or referred to an issue with a reproducer?
Have you tested your changes locally for CPU and GPU devices?
Have you made sure that new changes do not introduce compiler warnings?
