This pull request re-generates the documentation for
ApolloPagination. Note that I can't create or point at a Pagination-0.2.0 branch, but this would be part 1 of 2 for updating the docs for a 0.2.0 release. To that end, I recommend ignoring the total diff, and looking at the relevant commit of this pull request.The changes of note here:
GraphQLQueryPager:fetchandrefetchhave optional callbacks.AsyncGraphQLQueryPager:asyncinitializer.The next PR would require updating the written guide and docs to reflect those changes.
