Meta Issue [MIG]: Use Taxonomy Terms as Metadata

From Kristina: Our goal was to improve the Metadata in Islandora 8 documentation page, and to see if that work would clarify anything in the existing metadata-related use cases in the issue queue.

We met for an hour each day of the first two weeks of the sprint (with one exception) to discuss and co-work. During these meetings we identified several additional topics that should be covered in metadata-oriented documentation. For some of these sections, we wrote some content, but others were added as placeholders.

By the end, the single page of documentation is extremely long, so our next steps will have two phases:
PRs for updates to existing sections in the “Metadata in Islandora 8” page. (Melanie Cofield and Matthew Lincoln have completed revisions of the “Field Types” and “Getting Metadata into Fedora and a Triple-store” sections, respectively. We expect to be able to contribute those first.
Chris Day did significant work on the “Content Types” section, but feels it may need more work before it is done.
Kristina Spurgin kept going on new content side quests and made little progress on the Vocabularies section, but plans to continue working on that section and will submit a PR when it is ready. (This was written by Kristina, so she can make fun of herself)
Propose/create a new documentation section called “Metadata Documentation” (to mirror System Administrator Documentation and Documentation for Developers). In this section we will break up the long page into individual topics, add our new content sections, and provide inter-linking between relevant pages.
