Fix git reset misuse when including local repos #68

Closes #67.

Before merging, this should be tested and confirmed to fix the issue by the one who discovered it, @mrylmz ;)

I tested this and it works! Merging this as the pipeline is also passing (there's only some reporting problem currently)
