User Registration Report

Requested by DC he would like to see all users not registered at a site. He thinks this will be useful after outages as well as sending to customers when they need to review bills and troubleshoot issues.

Request from him:
Odin's Spear: Use Your Best Weapon. Would it be possible, using the 'GET user registration' script as a base, to only output users that arent registered. I think this would be really useful as doing it through Magic takes time to get that data together.
