phpMyAdmin 4.9 Dark Mode

Paste folder into your phpmyadmin install location /themes/ subfolder/directory

Make sure the folder is named pmadarkmode

Go into your phpmyadmin home (https://localhost/phpmyadmin/index.php) and under theme select pmadarkmode
