I practically forgot about this because I was just using my fork instead, but I haven't been working with Blink for a while anyway. I dropped a message in the gizmos channel on Slack so hopefully someone can have a look at these changes again soon. |

After the first window, I found that the callback for window creation was being executed quickly enough that the
initwebio!(w)method is triggered before the page has fully loaded (and hence beforewebioexists). Adding thedeferattribute to theblink.jsscript ensures it won't be executed until after the browser has had a chance to load in thewebio.bundled.jspackage.Fixes Blink.jl#300, WebIO.jl#505, and PlotlyJS.jl#460.
