- Add region preference for downloaded media

- Add missing '.zip' file extension to most systems.
You might haven noticed that some roms we're getting their media mainly in Japanese, you can now chose in the settings the region you prefer. It will default to the worldwide media.
Also some systems were missing ".zip" extension and wouldn't find the rooms that you have zipped.
