Picture cuts off "done pouring" button on some tablets

Over 3 years after this project sort of cooled off, and here I am still tinkering!

I had this issue as well on my Acer A210 but discovered it had to do with the configured Text Size. The "Shout Something" text box is configured to show 3 lines, and if the android system text size is set to anything larger than "Normal" it pushes the button down into the camera fragment and gets cut off. My Acer A210 defaulted to a text size of "Large" so I faced this issue until I set the text size to Normal.
