Fixed flags being removed from boss battles

Fixed an issue that resulted in the flags for a boss battle being deleted (story progression after the boss fight, etc)

Can't test rn so please let me know if there's any issues.

Also ngl I forgot how to build the linux build lol.

Adds NPC faces back to randomized bosses

Adds NPC faces back to randomized bosses. Also adds NPC faces to boss enemies that appear outside of their normal fight.
