Also the "default" padding in the designer looks like it is modified when first placing a new text box:

Also added TextV so that it can be aligned in the middle of Mult-line boxes

- Fix Label(Panel) as default

- Fix some Designers marking values as changed when default
- Add `TextV` as a control parameter
- Make the padding default to 0 to enforce proper placement
- Make `IsDefault` is correct
- Make sure resets work
- And update changelog ;-)
