Как собрать

установить Visual Studio 2019,
открыть engine.sln,
выбрать платформу(Win32 или х64) и конфигурацию(Debug или Release),
выбрать в меню "Сборка-Собрать решение".

Как запустить

установить Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019,
установить библиотеки OpenAL.
