Call Yankround_append() at TextYankPost instead of CursorMoved.
It is better timing for Yank related action.

In addition, it appends words immediately after yy if TextYankPost is used.

Yankround_append at CursorMoved is also needed to reload it at another vim process.
This is minim change to append words immediately after yy.

It may be better to add reload function in init.
